Danny Seidman
Mr. Seidman received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1986, and possesses a Masters Degree in Administrative Science from Johns Hopkins University. A member of the bar for over 11 years, Mr. Seidman has appeared in numerous county, state, and federal courts. He uses his knowledge of law and his courtroom skills to protect his clients' rights and to provide a strong defense. Currently, Mr. Seidman is an Arbitrator/Client Representative on the Committee on the Resolution of Fee Disputes within the Maryland State Bar Association. He has maintained membership status with both the American Trial Lawyer's Association and the Maryland Trial Lawyer's Association. Recently he was admitted to practice in the District of Columbia judicial system.

Michael J. Schreyer
Mr. Schreyer has devoted 16 years to developing thorough trial skills and knowledge in more than one thousand personal injury and workers' compensation cases. An accomplished appellate advocate, he has overturned and defended trial court decisions through appeals to Maryland's highest courts. He has been a speaker for the Maryland Workers' Compensation Education Association state convention, concerning current appellate cases, and for the Maryland Trial Lawyers' Association, concerning claims by traveling employees. He is a council member to the Maryland State Bar Association's Negligence, Insurance & Workers' Compensation Section, and he is a member of the Legislative & Amicus Brief Committees of the Maryland Trial Lawyers' Association. In addition to these activities he is actively involved in the Bar Associations of Charles, St. Mary's and Calvert Counties. A graduate of the Washington and Lee University School of Law, Mr. Schreyer also contributes his time on the boards of directors of several community service organizations.

H. James West
Mr. West joined our firm after pursuing a military career and after practicing as an associate with attorney W. Louis Hennessy, now District Court Judge for Charles County, Maryland. His practice involves Personal Injury, Criminal and Domestic litigation in the Circuit and District Courts of Maryland and in the United States District Courts for Maryland and Washington, D.C. Mr. West was graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he was elected articles editor of the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy.

Jennifer F. Hare
Before joining our firm, Ms. Hare completed a year in the Circuit Court for Baltimore as the law clerk to the Honorable Timothy Doory. During her clerkship Ms. Hare aided the court in adjudicating hundreds of domestic matters including matters involving custody, child support, distribution of marital assets, alimony, guardianship and other complex adjudication. She now applies her extensive in court experience in hearings and trials in domestic and workers compensation cases, as well as assisting in the research and preparation of trial strategy and trial pleadings in other matters litigated by our firm. She is a member of the Maryland Trial Lawyers' Association, the Charles County Bar Association, and the Maryland State Bar Association where she belongs to the Negligence, Insurance & Workers' Compensation Section. Born and raised here in Maryland, Ms. Hare continues to be actively involved in our community.
